"I'll start Monday."

(and other reasons why you still struggle to lose weight)

It's time to stop asking, "What should I eat for lunch today - that's not another spinach salad?"

Have a healthy plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day with the

MASTER YOUR

MEAL PREP GUIDE

Find out how to meal prep throughout the week (with meals you actually look forward to eating) so you never waste an entire Sunday chopping cucumbers and roasting chicken again.

"I love not spending an entire Sunday afternoon meal prepping!

Instead, Brenda shows how to sprinkle meal prep throughout the week. Less overwhelm in the kitchen + more time with my family. Win-win!"

You feel like you've done everything to lose the weight...

You...

  • Ask yourself, "If I'm so smart, why can't I lose weight?"
  • Have tried everything from Weight Watchers to Keto—thinking the next fad diet is the answer, only to try for a month or two and feel like you have to start all over again
  • Have done cardio every day

You don’t need another person to tell you to “go Paleo” or to “try Pilates.”

What you need is a plan that’s easy-to-follow, that incorporates foods you like to eat and workouts that are fun. (←yes! this is possible)

Oh ya, and one that doesn’t include eating kale every day for lunch.

You’re ready to start living life NOW instead of waiting until you lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds.

And if that’s you, I’m here to help you make your skinny jeans dreams become a reality…

Hi! Brenda here! I help women over 40 uncover what to eat and find motivational workouts they’ll stick with so they can lose weight, ditch the daily aches and pains, and feel energized without the diet dogma or spending hours in the gym.

I know what it feels like to hit 40 and suddenly trying to lose even 5 pounds feels impossible.

Just a few years ago I was 30 pounds overweight, felt like I needed a nap at 2 p.m. every day, wore baggy clothes to hide my fat, and had little self-confidence.

What I found in my journey is that the way most teach weight loss and exercise doesn’t work past this week or next month.

Sure, you might see the scale drop a few pounds when you’re being strict. But what I wanted is to live my life, aka go out to dinner with my husband or have a Michelob Ultra on a Friday night and still lose weight.

I needed a plan for the long term.

That’s why I created a system to build healthy habits and a stronger body that is sustainable.

The best part? When you establish healthy habits and work towards a stronger body, you’ll not only help you control your weight – but it improves your mood (your family will thank me later), boost your energy and make you feel like anything is possible (it is!).

"Since working with Brenda I’ve lost 20 pounds, feel

stronger and more confident!"

“Since I started working with Brenda I've gotten back to my healthier eating and exercise habits, I've been able to get back to running 4x a week with 3 strength training sessions per week as well. I have definitely gotten stronger, my runs have gotten easier, I've lost about 20 pounds, gone down a size in both my pants and my workout clothes, and in general just FEEL better. I feel stronger, more confident in myself and my body, and more empowered - and reminded of how truly amazing I am!” - Jessica M.

We’re a match better than hot yoga if you:

Dream of stepping on the scale without hesitation – and having Kelly Rippa arms and Beyonce confidence (yep, you can have all three!).

Are tired of “quick fixes” (which actually aren’t fixes at all) and are willing to dedicate your time and energy to lose weight the sustainable way so you’re not in the same place next year (again).

Have decided that you need an expert to hand you an individualized plan, hold you accountable, and help you stay consistent (whether it’s the holiday, the kids are sick, or “that time of the month”).

If you’ve tried and “failed” – or just can’t stick with it – know that you’re not alone.

And it’s not your fault.

With all the Weight Watchers, Keto, and Peloton fads that come and go, it’s hard to figure out what you need – and what actually works.

And more than that – it’s even harder when temptations and stresses are all around you.

That’s why I don’t jump on the next diet or exercise craze. Or create a strict plan where you can never eat a piece of bread again.

Instead, I teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into your busy lifestyle (and don’t worry, these activities don’t include eating cabbage soup or hours on the treadmill).

I know you’re busy and have enough to worry about – that’s why I come alongside you and take care of the fitness and nutrition details so you don’t have to.

I wear leggings every day and other things you should know about me…

1. I drive big green tractors in the summer helping my husband bale alfalfa (and I think it’s fun!).

2. I own over 65 pairs of leggings (Zyia Active is my fav!). Not a day goes by that I don’t have my comfy tights on. I even dress them

up so I can wear them to Church.

3. The first time I attempted to lose weight, I worked out for an hour six days a week and kept my calories under 1200 (only to gain

it all back when stopped).

4. I’ve watched every episode of the Big Bang Theory from every season at least 20 times (well, maybe more than 20).

5. I've helped my clients shed over 100 pounds (and counting).

6. My first job in high school was working at the local Dairy Queen. Never could get that curl right at the top of the ice cream cone.

7. I started running on the track team in junior high, loved it so much I never stopped.

Because you don't want to let another year go by...
